  • Special session and a look ahead – A review of the recent special session on property tax reform and a look ahead to the 2023 session. Presenter: Brian Moore, General Counsel, Florida Association of District School Superintendents.
  • Parents Bill of Rights in Education – What you need to know (we think). Presenter: John Palmerini, Deputy General Counsel, Employment, Labor and Litigation, School Board of Orange County, Florida.
  • Title IX – an update on Title IX, and concerted activity/First Amendment/disciplinary actions. Presenter: Erin G. Jackson, Esq, Shareholder, Johnson /Jackson
  • District Reports – Your district reports, discussion of challenges and new issues.
