On behalf of the FEN Board of Directors, I invite you to join your colleagues for the 46th FEN Spring Conference to be held May 5-7 at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, FL.

Meeting Agenda

The 46th Spring Conference is designed to serve our core mission –the continuing improvement of the quality and professionalism of educational management negotiations and labor relations. We are planning another engaging two and half days of learning and sharing.

Hotel breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. The schedule at a glance:

May 5th, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, lunch provided and dinner on your own

May 6th, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, lunch provided and dinner on your own

May 7th, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Room reservations – FEN members can call the hotel directly at 407-597-4000.  You can also make reservations via the internet at this link: 2026 FEN Spring Conference at the Embassy Suites.  Book your room by April 13, 2026 to receive the group rate of $179/nt plus taxes.  Room costs are your responsibility.

Public employees, representing a tax exempt organizations (school district) and paying directly with district funds may be exempt from some taxes and fees.  Anyone choosing to claim this exemption can complete the affidavit and present it at check in.

Registration –  please be sure to register for the conference (on this webpage). In addition to paying the $325 conference fee, your registration helps FEN manage meeting room sizes, meals, email lists, name badges and more.

Registration

Registration Cost: $325/ attendee full registration and $125 for a single day. Refund deadline: submit an email to watson@flfen.org on or before 5:00 pm, April 22, 2026

Payment methods:

  • FEN can accommodate an ACH payment and will forward that information upon request.
  • FEN will accept your personal or school district check. Checks can be mailed to: Florida Educational Negotiators, Inc. 203 S Monroe Street Tallahassee, FL 32301 with a copy of the registration email.
  • We will also accept your credit card
