The 44th Spring Conference is designed to serve our core mission –the continuing improvement of the quality and professionalism of educational management negotiations and labor relations. We are planning a content-rich two and half days that will include:  a legislative update including bargaining implications from the session-adopted budget and bills; a CFO panel, an update on PERC’s implementation of new employee organization laws and rules, a discussion on employee manuals and so much more. As always, there will be time to discuss challenges and share successes with your colleagues.

Again, we will open our event on Wednesday, May 1st at 8:30 am and adjourn on Friday, May 3rd before 1:00 pm.  Much more about the agenda is coming soon. In the interim, if you have questions or suggestions please email Kevin Watson, watson@flfen.org.
