On behalf of the FEN Board of Directors, I invite you to join your colleagues for the 44th FEN Spring Conference to be held May 1-3 at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, FL. We plan to open the conference on Wednesday, May 1st at 8:30 am and adjourn on Friday, May 3rd before noon.

We encourage you to keep checking back with the hotel, as any room cancellations will be released back into the block before the cut-off date of April 9, 2024. You may also decide to investigate availability at two properties within a short walk of the conference hotel: the Holiday Inn Express & Suites S Lake Buena Vista, 5001 Calypso Cay Way, Kissimmee, FL 34746 and the Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-South Lake Buena Vista 4971 Calypso Cay Way, Kissimmee, FL 34746 .
FEN is not managing a room cancellation list but is happy to take your email in case we have heard of a cancellation.
In addition to hotel reservation, please be sure you have registered for the conference at the FEN website. Your registration helps you manage your conference fees and helps FEN manage meeting room sizes, meals, email lists, name badges and more.
Public employees, representing a tax exempt organizations (school district) and paying directly with district funds may be exempt from some taxes and fees. Anyone choosing to claim this exemption can complete the affidavit and present it at check in.
Registration Cost: $300/ attendee full registration and $125 for a single day. Refund deadline: submit an email to watson@flfen.org on or before 5:00 pm Friday, April 19, 2024
